  • 1 large pomegranate, seeds extracted
  • 2 medium Honeycrisp apples, chopped
  • 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly. Segment oranges, chop apples into bite-sized pieces, and slice kiwis.
  2. Cut the pomegranate in half and gently tap the back to release the seeds into a bowl.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine all prepared fruits.
  4. Finely chop fresh mint leaves and sprinkle them over the fruit medley.
