- For the BBQ sauce: Combine ketchup, beer, honey, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper in a saucepan. Whisk together and heat over medium until boiling; reduce heat and simmer for 30–60 minutes until thickened.
- Preheat the grill on high. Grill corn for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally.

- Grill chicken for about 10 minutes total (flipping halfway), brushing with more sauce until cooked through (160°F internal temp). Let rest.
- For creamed corn: Cut kernels from cobs into a bowl. Sauté garlic in melted butter; stir in flour then whisk in milk and heavy cream until thickened. Mix in sugar and parmesan.
