  • 9 ounces frosted circus animal cookies
  • 6 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 6 ounces hot pink candy melts
  • 6 ounces white almond bark
  • Rainbow nonpareil sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the cookies in a food processor until finely ground.
  2. Mix the crushed cookies with softened cream cheese until fully combined.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Scoop the mixture into 1½ tablespoon portions and roll into balls.
  5. Chill the cookie balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  6. Melt hot pink candy melts and white almond bark separately in microwave-safe bowls.
  7. Dip half of the cookie balls in pink candy melts, shaking off excess.
  8. Sprinkle nonpareils over the wet coating before it sets.
  9. Repeat with remaining cookie balls using white almond bark.
  10. Chill again for 30 minutes until firm.
