Description

Ingredients

  • Fresh lump crab meat
  • Sweet corn (fresh or frozen)
  • Yukon Gold potatoes
  • Heavy cream
  • Low-sodium chicken broth
  • Onion

  • Dried thyme

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter. Sauté chopped onions until translucent, then add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  2. Add diced Yukon Gold potatoes and dried thyme; stir to combine.
  3. Pour in low-sodium chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for about 10 minutes until potatoes are fork-tender.
