  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic
  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (Monterey Jack and cheddar blend)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can green chiles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Boil the chicken breasts in water until cooked through (15-20 minutes). Shred the chicken using two forks.
