  • 2 cups Nutter Butter cookies
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush the Nutter Butter cookies into fine crumbs and combine with melted butter. Press firmly into a pie pan to form the crust.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add creamy peanut butter and mix until well blended.
  3. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until the mixture is light and fluffy.
