Description

Ingredients

  • Beef Sirloin
  • Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
  • Brown Sugar
  • Garlic

  • Sesame Oil

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice beef sirloin against the grain.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
  3. Marinate the sliced beef in half of the marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the marinated beef until browned, about 3 minutes per side.
  5. Add the remaining marinade to the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Serve garnished with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
