Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Olive oil
- 1/4 cup Low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Ginger (paste or finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Garlic (paste or finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- Optional: 1/4 tsp Red chili flakes & Salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, vinegar, ginger, garlic, black pepper, thyme, oregano, paprika, and red chili flakes. Mix well.
- Add chicken breasts to the bowl and ensure they are well-coated with the marinade. Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
- Preheat your grill. Remove chicken from the marinade using tongs and place it on the hot grill.
- Grill each side for 6–7 minutes until fully cooked through; baste with reserved marinade during cooking.
- Once cooked, let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
