  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the breading station by mixing flour with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in one bowl; beat the egg in another bowl; place panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  2. Bread the shrimp by dipping them first in the flour mixture, then in the egg, and finally coating them with panko. Set aside.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot (about 350°F).
  4. Fry shrimp in batches for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to create the dipping sauce.
