Ingredients

  • Soft Cream Cheese
  • Granulated Sugar
  • Large Eggs (3)
  • Whole Milk
  • All-Purpose Flour
  • Baking Powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 320°F (160°C). Line a round cake pan with parchment paper and wrap the outside with aluminum foil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth, about three minutes.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition without overmixing.
  4. Gently fold in milk, sifted flour, and baking powder until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, placing it in a larger pan filled with hot water (water bath). Bake for 60 minutes or until slightly jiggly in the center.
  6. Turn off the oven and leave the door ajar for an hour to cool gradually. Refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.
