  • handful of mint leaves
  • handful of strawberries
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 apple
  • 1 mango
  • 1/2 block of cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream (125g), softened
  • juice from 1/2 lime
  • 12 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Chop all fruits into thin strips.
  2. Briefly soak each rice paper sheet in water until pliable.
  3. Place fruit and mint on the soaked rice paper.
  4. Roll tightly and seal the ends.
  5. For the dip: Whip cream, then mix in cream cheese, lime juice, and honey until smooth.
  6. Serve rolls chilled with the dip on the side.
