Ingredients

- handful of mint leaves
- handful of strawberries
- 2 kiwis
- 1 apple
- 1 mango
- 1/2 block of cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream (125g), softened
- juice from 1/2 lime
- 1–2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Chop all fruits into thin strips.
- Briefly soak each rice paper sheet in water until pliable.
- Place fruit and mint on the soaked rice paper.
- Roll tightly and seal the ends.
- For the dip: Whip cream, then mix in cream cheese, lime juice, and honey until smooth.
- Serve rolls chilled with the dip on the side.
