Ingredients

  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • Granulated Sugar
  • Baking Powder
  • Eggs
  • Heavy Cream
  • Coconut Flakes (sweetened or unsweetened)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla extract before combining with dry ingredients until smooth.
