Ingredients

  • Jumbo pasta shells
  • Lean ground beef
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Marinara sauce
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic
  • Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot. Cook jumbo pasta shells until al dente according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef on medium heat. Drain excess fat, add minced garlic and Italian seasoning.
  3. Mix in ricotta cheese until well combined.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Stuff each shell with the beef and ricotta mixture and place them in a baking dish lined with marinara sauce.
  5. Pour more marinara sauce over stuffed shells and top with shredded mozzarella.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Garnish with freshly grated parmesan.
