  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal (crushed)
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Crush Cinnamon Toast Crunch into fine crumbs and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar, mixing well. Add eggs one at a time, followed by sour cream and vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch and pour mixture over the prepared crust.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool in the oven with the door ajar for an hour, then refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
  6. Serve topped with additional Cinnamon Toast Crunch or whipped cream.
