  • 34 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 68 slices of crispy bacon
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then drain on paper towels, reserving some grease.
  3. Sauté diced chicken in the same skillet with salt and pepper until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes).
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, broccoli, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, and half of the cheese. Mix well.
  5. Transfer to the baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
