- 6–8 slices of crispy bacon
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then drain on paper towels, reserving some grease.
- Sauté diced chicken in the same skillet with salt and pepper until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, broccoli, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, and half of the cheese. Mix well.
- Transfer to the baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
