Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Fresh garlic
  • Low-sodium soy sauce
  • Honey
  • Sesame oil
  • Brown sugar
  • Rice vinegar
  • Toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cut boneless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, brown sugar, and rice vinegar. Add the chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade (reserve the liquid) and sauté in the hot skillet until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
  5. Pour reserved marinade into the skillet and simmer until slightly thickened (3-4 minutes).
