Ingredients

  • Rice Noodles
  • Fresh Vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • Garlic
  • Chili Paste
  • Soy Sauce (low-sodium)
  • Oyster Sauce
  • Sugar

Instructions

  1. Soak rice noodles in hot water until tender but firm; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet or wok, heat oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add fresh vegetables and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
  3. Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili paste, and sugar in a bowl.
