  • 1 medium onion, diced

  • 2 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons flour

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by cutting the beef into chunks and seasoning with salt and pepper.
