Ingredients
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup sweet corn (frozen or canned)

- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- Juice of 1 lime

Instructions
- 1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
