  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup sweet corn (frozen or canned)
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (mixed colors)
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
