Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
