Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1 tbsp lemon juice

- Zest of 1/2 lemon

- 3/4–1 cup fresh raspberries
- For the glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp seedless raspberry jam
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Zest of 1/2 lemon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare an 8×8 square pan.
- In a large bowl, mix softened butter, granulated sugar, eggs, lemon juice, salt, and lemon zest until combined. Add flour and gently fold in raspberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for about 25 minutes or until edges are golden brown and center is set. Let cool completely.
- Prepare the glaze by whisking together powdered sugar, raspberry jam, lemon juice, and zest until smooth.
- Once cooled, pour the glaze over the bars and allow it to set before cutting into squares.
