  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • Red and blue food gel coloring
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare a water bath by placing a baking pan filled with water on the bottom rack.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl; press into a lined 9 x 13 baking pan to form the crust.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sugar, salt, eggs (one at a time), sour cream, and vanilla until creamy.
  4. Divide the mixture into two bowls; tint one red and the other blue using food coloring.
  5. Pour white filling over the crust, then alternate layers of red and blue filling on top; swirl gently with a knife.
  6. Bake for 50-55 minutes until set; cool in the oven for an hour before refrigerating overnight.
