  • 10 oz pasta (penne, rigatoni, or rotini)
  • 12 oz broccoli florets
  • 1 lb salmon (center cut)
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • Kosher salt and black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 23 oz fresh mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Boil salted water in a large pot.
  2. In a baking pan, toss broccoli with olive oil on one side; place cream cheese in the center and salmon on the edge.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over salmon and cream cheese; sprinkle garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over everything.
  4. Bake for 15-17 minutes until salmon is flaky and broccoli is tender.
  5. Cook pasta according to package directions, reserving about 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  6. Combine baked ingredients with drained pasta in the pan; add reserved pasta water to achieve desired consistency.
