- Fresh spinach
- Ricotta cheese
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Marinara sauce
Instructions

- Sauté fresh spinach in olive oil until wilted, then let it cool.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, half the mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and an egg (optional).
