- 3–4 pounds pork shoulder
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 2 limes
- 1–2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cut the pork shoulder into large chunks.
- Set the Instant Pot to 'Sauté' and heat oil. Add chopped onions and sauté until soft; then add minced garlic for about one minute.
- Sprinkle cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper over the mixture. Stir well before adding the pork chunks.
