- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 to 2 teaspoons sriracha
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional for garnish)

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and gochujang. Mix until just combined.

- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the meatballs until browned on all sides.
- Place seared meatballs in a baking dish. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, and rice vinegar; pour over meatballs. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
