- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 onion, quartered
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and roast the beef bones for 30 minutes until browned.
- Roughly chop the carrots, celery, and onion.
- Place roasted bones in the slow cooker along with chopped vegetables, apple cider vinegar, and fresh herbs.
- Add enough water to cover all ingredients.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it on low for 12 to 48 hours.
