Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef browned
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 cup bell pepper diced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 cups frozen diced potatoes
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp seasoning blend

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add diced onions and bell peppers to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, until softened.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, half the cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and seasoning blend.
  5. Stir in the cooked beef mixture and frozen potatoes until everything is well coated.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  8. Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, until the top is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
