Preheat your oven to 375°F and spray a large bundt pan with cooking spray.
Cut the pizza dough into ½-inch pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
Drizzle olive oil over the dough balls, then sprinkle in Italian seasoning and minced garlic along with half of the mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Toss until well-coated.
In the prepared bundt pan, add half of the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheeses followed by half of the seasoned dough balls, one cup of shredded chicken, and half of the alfredo sauce. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top turns golden brown and cheese is melted.
Once baked, invert the bundt pan onto a large plate and allow to cool for about five minutes before serving.
