Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Stir in shredded chicken and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
  4. Cut each biscuit into quarters and gently fold into the mixture.
  5. Pour everything into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until biscuits are golden and cooked through.
  8. Remove from oven and top with bacon and parsley.
  9. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
