Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Stir in shredded chicken and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters and gently fold into the mixture.
- Pour everything into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until biscuits are golden and cooked through.
- Remove from oven and top with bacon and parsley.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
