Chicken Caesar Salad Filling
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded or diced
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing store-bought or homemade
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
Croissant
  • 4 pieces croissants freshly baked
Optional Toppings
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup bacon bits crispy

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken Caesar Salad
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, grated parmesan cheese, and black pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
  2. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more dressing or pepper to your liking.
Assemble the Sandwiches
  1. Slice each croissant in half horizontally.
  2. Spoon a generous amount of the Chicken Caesar salad mixture onto the bottom half of each croissant.
  3. If desired, top with halved cherry tomatoes and crispy bacon bits.
  4. Place the top half of the croissant back on and press gently.
Serve
