Kofta Preparation
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, onion, garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper until just combined.
- Shape mixture into 10–12 small log-shaped koftas using damp hands.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear koftas for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
Garlic Yogurt Preparation
- In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt with garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt to taste.
- Spread garlic yogurt onto a serving plate and top with cooked koftas.
- Garnish with additional parsley and drizzle olive oil if desired.
