  • 3 sleeves graham crackers
  • 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
  2. Fold in whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and airy.
  3. Arrange a single layer of graham crackers on the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish.
  4. Spread half the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Add another layer of graham crackers.
  6. Spread the remaining pudding mixture over the second cracker layer.
  7. Finish with a final layer of graham crackers.
  8. Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until simmering, then pour over chocolate chips in a bowl.
  9. Let sit for 1 minute, then stir into a smooth ganache.
  10. Pour ganache over top graham layer and spread evenly.
  11. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.
