- In a large bowl, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.

- Add another layer of graham crackers.
- Spread the remaining pudding mixture over the second cracker layer.

- Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until simmering, then pour over chocolate chips in a bowl.
- Let sit for 1 minute, then stir into a smooth ganache.
- Pour ganache over top graham layer and spread evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.
