Prepare the Ingredients
- In a large saucepan, combine the cranberries, orange juice, orange zest, and diced apple.
- Add the sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and lemon juice to the saucepan.
Cook the Jam
- Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until the mixture comes to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the cranberries have burst and the mixture thickens.
Jar the Jam
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before transferring to sterilized jars.
- Seal the jars and let them cool completely before storing in the refrigerator.
