Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 3 pieces green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 piece red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika or chili powder (for garnish)
  • tortilla chips for serving

Method
 

  1. Beat softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
  2. Add shredded cheddar cheese, taco seasoning, green onions, bell pepper, and cilantro. Mix until well combined.
  3. Place a small bowl in the center of a serving plate. Scoop mixture around it to form a wreath shape.
  4. Smooth the surface and shape with a spatula or plastic wrap.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour until firm.
  6. Garnish with chopped tomatoes, green onions, cilantro, and paprika before serving.
  7. Remove center bowl and surround wreath with tortilla chips. Serve chilled.
