Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and place evenly in the dish.

  4. Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and set.
  5. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and heavy cream until smooth.
  6. Mix in reserved cinnamon roll icing.
