  • 2 pounds chicken wings party wings or drumettes
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil optional

Method
 

  1. Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together smoked paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Place wings in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil (optional).
  4. Sprinkle the dry rub over the wings and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  6. Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 22–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  8. Let the wings rest for 5 minutes before serving.
