- Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together smoked paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, black pepper, and salt.
- Place wings in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil (optional).
- Sprinkle the dry rub over the wings and toss until evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 22–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Let the wings rest for 5 minutes before serving.
