  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and pat chicken thighs dry thoroughly with paper towels.
  2. Place chicken in a baking dish or sheet pan, skin side up.

  4. Rub the seasonings gently into the skin.
