- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt butter, then stir in brown sugar and Biscoff spread until smooth. Let it cool slightly.
- Whisk in eggs and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Fold in flour and salt, mixing just until no dry flour remains.
- Gently stir in most of the white chocolate chips, reserving a few for topping.
- Pour the batter into the pan, spread evenly, and sprinkle remaining chips on top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until edges are golden and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool completely before slicing and serving.
