- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add onion, garlic, carrots, and peas. Cook until veggies soften.

- Pour in beef broth and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a separate pot, boil potatoes until fork-tender.
- Drain and mash with butter and cream until smooth.
- Spread beef mixture in a baking dish or skillet.
- Top with mashed potatoes and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Broil for 2–3 minutes until golden on top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
