Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Pat turkey wings dry and season with paprika, seasoned salt, pepper, and thyme.
- In a large skillet or Dutch oven, heat oil and sear turkey wings on both sides until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add more oil if needed. Sauté onions, bell peppers, and garlic until softened.
- Sprinkle flour over the vegetables, stir, and slowly add chicken broth while whisking to make the gravy.
- Let the gravy simmer until slightly thickened.
- Return the turkey wings to the pan, nestling them in the gravy.
- Cover and bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, until the wings are fork-tender.
- Serve hot with plenty of gravy over your favorite side dish.

Feel free to substitute chicken wings or drumsticks if desired. For added heat, a splash of hot sauce can be included. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to four days.
