- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Reserve a few tablespoons for glaze.
- Place beef strips in a resealable bag or shallow bowl and pour marinade over. Marinate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
- Heat a skillet over high heat. Remove beef from marinade and sear in batches until browned, 2–3 minutes per side.
- Add reserved marinade and cornstarch slurry to skillet. Stir and cook until thickened.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve hot.
