- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion, garlic, carrots, and peas. Cook until softened.
- Stir in tomato paste, flour, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour in beef stock and simmer until the mixture thickens. Let it cool slightly.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out puff pastry. Line the base of your baking tin with one sheet.
- Spoon in the filling and top with the second pastry sheet.
- Crimp edges to seal and brush the top with egg wash.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
