Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup fig preserves Sweetened figs provide the perfect balance.
  • 1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese This creamy cheese melts beautifully.
  • 3-4 slices turkey slices Torn into smaller bits.
  • 2 ounces crumbled goat cheese The tangy notes elevate the overall taste.

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on your pizza base packaging, usually around 450°F (232°C).
  2. Gather all your ingredients. Grate your mozzarella cheese if it's not pre-grated, tear the turkey slices into smaller pieces, and crumble your goat cheese.
  3. Spread the fig preserves evenly over the raw pizza base using a spatula or the back of a spoon.
  4. Sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese generously over the fig preserves, followed by scattering the torn turkey bits across the top. Finally, add dollops of crumbled goat cheese.
  5. Carefully place your assembled pizza in the preheated oven and bake for about 7 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  6. Once baked, remove from the oven and allow it to cool slightly before slicing. Serve hot as an appetizer or main course.
