  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup baking mix (like Bisquick)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix chicken, frozen vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Pour the filling mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. In a separate bowl, stir together the baking mix, milk, and melted butter until just combined.
  5. Pour the biscuit batter over the filling (don’t worry about spreading it perfectly).
  6. Bake for 40–45 minutes until the top is golden and cooked through.
  7. Let cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.
