  • 1 tablespoon cold water to mix with cornstarch

Cooking Instructions
  1. Pour beef broth and prime rib drippings into a saucepan over medium heat.

  4. If you prefer a thicker sauce, stir in cornstarch slurry and cook for 2 more minutes.
  5. Strain the sauce through a fine mesh sieve.
  6. Serve hot in a gravy boat or pour directly over sliced prime rib.
