  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon pickled jalapeño juice
  • 4 to 5 slices pickled jalapeño
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt to taste
