Ingredients
  

  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup white chocolate chunks
  • ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips, white chocolate, and nuts.
  7. Scoop dough balls onto baking sheet and chill for 30 minutes.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden edges and soft centers.
  9. Let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
