Panna Cotta Preparation
- Sprinkle gelatin over cold milk and let bloom for 5–10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, heat eggnog, sugar, and vanilla paste until steaming. Do not boil.
- Remove from heat, whisk in gelatin until fully dissolved.
- Pour mixture into serving glasses. Cool slightly, then chill for 4+ hours.
Cranberry Sauce Preparation
- Simmer cranberries, water, sugar, orange zest, and liqueur until thickened. Cool.
- Spoon cranberry sauce over panna cotta before serving. Garnish if desired.
