  • 1.5 cups eggnog
  • 0.5 cups whole milk
  • 1 packet unflavored gelatin
  • 0.25 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
Spiked Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons orange liqueur
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 0.25 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar for cranberry sauce

Method
 

Panna Cotta Preparation
  1. Sprinkle gelatin over cold milk and let bloom for 5–10 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, heat eggnog, sugar, and vanilla paste until steaming. Do not boil.
  3. Remove from heat, whisk in gelatin until fully dissolved.
  4. Pour mixture into serving glasses. Cool slightly, then chill for 4+ hours.
Cranberry Sauce Preparation
  1. Simmer cranberries, water, sugar, orange zest, and liqueur until thickened. Cool.
  2. Spoon cranberry sauce over panna cotta before serving. Garnish if desired.
